The other day, I changed all my a-arms out with metal ones. So today I go out and do some racing with my friends.. The last run of the day on my last corner I notice my left aft main looked as if it was wobbling. So I drove the buggy over and noticed the plastic rear hub case was broken :( now I'm waiting for a new hub.. Since I have all metal a-arms I went to online and found some metal aft hubs for it.. Man if just seems to be a money pit for this scale :) LOL. Well soon it will be 100% metal and looking good lol

hi mike

i don't think you ever stop spending money ,i've spent £300.00 this week and still need somthing else , and it does'nt look any different, i think its cheaper to buy the top spec model first, but i suppose we do injoy the fixing bits. i think? lol..........

Ya I enjoy building and rebuilding them. I look at it like this, if I bought an HPI on I would just drop even more because I'm just a basher and won't stop...

Thanks
Mike

hmm lets see.

new king motor buggy = $557
chrome roll cage = $65
new ddm g270rc engine = $265
new throttle servo = $34
new center roll bar = $16
new radio control = $20

now will I be able to have a full day of fun yet?

Hehe, maybe if I quit jumping the side of big a$& hills my buggy would say in one piece.. Lol but then it would not be fun :)

5th scales like all rc,s are money pits sometimes its good to have a break from the hobby before it drives you insane, lol

totally agree paul, my car hasn't been out for about 6 months :lol: the only alloy parts on it are the gear plate and brake but i must have well over £2000 in my leopard due to cashes, parts failures and general bad driving from me :w00t::w00t:
