Monster wont start. help

Also let me add fuel is in primer bulb but spark plug is dry... Even when I take the plug out and turn the truck upside down I don't get any fuel while pulling the pull start.

Carb is new..
 
So your problem is that the fuel is not going to the engine is that correct? please confirm by checking your yellow hose and see if its moving, and please let me know if you have detached the carberator before or not?
 
you said the carb was new,

did you reset the needles before you tried to start it,


and check if the gasket between the carb and insulater isn't blokking the smal hole in the insulator.
