Hello all, have a Rovan LT450 that I am adding better parts to it then stock (should have got real Losi 5, but o well). I don't like the pinion/spur gear backlash, I think its to much, so are those inserts that say 19.5 or 18.5 move the pinion closer or further away from spur? I have a 19 tooth so if i get a 18.5 inset I can get a better mesh. Or is there a better way anyone has used? My question is just about how are those inserts calculated.
