I recently replaced my clutchbell, clutches, gear carrier, and clutch bell. I have it all back 2gether and it starts right up. But when I give 'er gas she moves a little and that's it. If I give it a lot of gas it barely moves. I u take 'er off the ground and give it gas it's normal...what could have I messed up when I was putting it back 2gether? Thanks.

Hi mate I'm far from an expert I'm only new myself but I'm starting to get used to tuning , it sounds like your not getting enough fuel . Try turning your low speed needle "that's the needle on the right closest to the engine" anticlockwise an 1/8 th of a turn at a time until it runs better you will have to screw your idle needle in clockwise to keep the revs up ! Happend to me recently by re -fitting my exhaust & taking off my filter to clean & re- oil and I had to re tune a little there's a easy to understand tuning guide on here you should look at mate !

I'd double check that the clutch is installed right, have you put all the washers back on, they are there for a purpose, also be careful not to over tighten the clutch bolts as the clutch will struggle to open..

Are you saying you rev it up, and it DIES, or it REVS and goes nowhere?
If it's dying, it may even be flooding and too rich, or as mentioned too lean.

What is the carb set at?
Try resetting to default - 1 1/4 LOW, 1 3/8 HIGH.

After it dies, try removing the carb and seeing if it's very wet with fuel, or dry.

Update with another issue

Thanks for the replies. I figured out that I 4got to tighten down the grub screw on the metal gear that's on the new clutchbells that they now use on the MTs. So after that the truck ran beautiful for about 3 minutes and now I have another issue. At about half throttle something is slipping and I haven't figured out where it's coming from yet. If I quickly blip the throttle it'll still kick rocks like normal but about half throttle that I get the sound that something isn't right and she barely moves. I thought it might be the rear, but it sounds more like it's coming from the engine area, but I don't want to take this thing apart again for something it's not.
