MT stopped accelerating

Had my first incident today, as I ran the truck today still taking it easy due to break-in the linkage to the throttle loosened up. Thank the lord all mighty the carb is spring loaded.


I'm paranoid to run on my street now not having a fail safe or killswitch yet.


Guess I'm going to be going over all the screws tonight

Good thing it didn't go balls out and self destruct on you. A killswitch is a must.

Yes it would be a nice insurance policy.

Its more than a insurance policy.... More like a safety policy! Good thing it was the linkage and not the throttle servo.
