It’s all about pounds per cubic inch. They put a .099lb per cubic foot with an indent force deflection of 30 in this foam formulation and expect it to last or maybe they don’t care
They need to have at least a 1.5 lb per cubic with a 50 IFD. At least then it would hold up for more than a few runs. It doesn’t make since it a very small part of the cost to build this truck. Anyway so just buy better open cell polyurethane foam and cut it yourself. An electric knife cuts foam pretty good
