Hi there just got my first MT and am just wondering what the Tourque speq is


For the retaining nut that hold the steel gears in the Trans


Pulled the cover off and the ideler gear had a bit of play
 
i don't know what the spec is. i just feel it. if you tighten it too much it will cause it to not spin freely. if you over tighten it, it will break. tighten it & when you rotate the shaft & it's rotation is restricted some just back off a touch. like a 1/16 - 1/8 turn.
 
They use nyloc nuts. They should only be snug. Over tightening will cause binding and gear mesh issues.
 
That's what I thought best to cheek before busting em anyone have dominator

Pipe with Allen heads that don't thread in all way tried shorter length but

There not much to thread in head so was thinking of some aluminum tube to make some sleeves
