Differential gear mount assembly.

Clutchbell and first main gear 25T it`s connected by pin and rubber o-ring ,basically every 5 min pin slides out of the hole. I have tried to tighten really hard the set nut , leave it loose same thing. Is there any solution for it anybody came across this issue.

It`s a new setup i guess no longer square , it`s like 4 pins holding the gears and 1 pin holds the 4 pin bracket. Pic maybe tom. when i get back home .

It`s a V3 purchased FEB from RH , metal gears and...

Whats the word on the these gear?? Are they new? Is this the "new design" for the mt's ? Please try to get a picture for use to see?

Just a thought. You could try a thicker, tighter fitting o-ring.

What about a cotter pin? It should be strong enough, and it wouldn't slip out. I used them to replace the pin on my MT's wheel hubs.

Here is the pic. I`m running reversed gears cause of baja dirtbuster tires.

It`s really fast but pin holds for only 3-5 minutes.

I did blue thredlock . Also I already drilled main shaft to 3.4 mm and pressed in 3.5mm pin. 5 min later it came out and snapped in half. only solution might be pin with nuts on sides. Or aluminum oring snapped on to the gear bracket. Any ideas anybody? anybody have this problem ?

I'm running this same setup and have not had an issue yet... put through about 6 tanks on it now. Sorry I know it's not much help.

Hey guys! Just broke one of those pins and went to the hardware store to see if they had any but no luck on the pins.. My ? is to "Deluge" that link you posted, is that the right one for my Rampage TT V3???? They look the same I just want to know if it's the same size and will it fit? Cuz I need to buy that hole entire part. & is there another place that sells them?

Why do you need to buy the whole assembly? If you just snapped a pin you could get some from McMaster, they're like 50 for $10, or something like that. You just need to know the size of the pin. As far as whether or not it's the correct part, I have no idea. The MT manual shows two different part #'s, 050113 and 050112. They could be the same, but you're better off asking Rob about that. Hope this helps.
