MT v3 standard parts question

Can anyone tell me if the current Mt v3 comes with the aluminum transmission gear plate? Not the pro but the regular one I just ordered it and see lots of confusing pics on the web. Some have and some don't.

Great thanks. Any other critical upgrades needed at the onset. I'll probably get a cpi pipe soon. I really want to run this as stock as possible and keep away from the upgrade pit that my losing 5ive has been. I'm assuming it comes with the steel gears as well.
