Switch them side to side and see if it follows the wheels. If not, then you might have bad bearings or sloppy bearing holders. Maybe bent axles??

I will check it when I get home later today. It's brand new have not even finish the break in period. Just been going up and down the pavement. I will try swapping the wheels first, if that does not work, then will check the bearings and hubs. Thanks
