MT with hostile MX tires

plenty of pics on google mate. personal opinoin i hate the look of 5B tires on the FG MT, way too small.

id recomend getting your hands on a pair of Nutech TB2 rims and tires, they use the same wheel squares FG do so no adaptors needed. i believe there's a pic on here of a FG MT with the TB2 tires on it.
 
Ive been looking through google images and I can't find one picture of an FG MT with 5B wheels and hostile mx tires. Or even an MT with 5B wheels.

I keep reading about the lack of traction with the MT tires and with the motor mine has in it I know I am going to be lacking traction badly.
 
When I had the monster tyres on my MB I found it understeered a bit, so I took an angle grinder to the tread pattern on the outer chevrons of the front tyres. I just simply let the disc cut away small channels in the chevrons leaving a block pattern behind, cured the steering problem anyway. I'll find a pic somewhere and post it up..
 
Hey thanks. They are a little small. If the truck had a ride height adjustment and the body was lower on the chassis it would look pretty awesome with some knobby MX tires on there. And have great traction. I'm going to have to try some stuff when I get mine. Thanks again.
 
I just put one of my hostile mx 5b tires on (just sat it there to look at it), It looks ridiculous. Bet it would have a lot better traction though. They really need to make a better tire that will fit this monster.
