So, here I sit overnight... working so hard at my real job... I have a brand new MT out in my Jeep and I cant do a damn thing about it. I stay logged onto the forum so that maybe others will be discussing RC.


However, apparently all of your jobs are better than mine because you are not on the forum- you're out having a good time... catching a movie, eating something better than frozen dinner- probably with a nice girl.


My job sucks... 6 more years till retirement... then I hope I never work another Friday night again... ha ha ha
 
Your job does not suck believe me. There are 12million people that would trade you any day of the week. You have a place to go every day others have no place to go. You have food others have no food. When you come home after work you can take a bath others can not bathe. You have a family that loves you,others have no body to love them. You got life by the balls but you may not realise it. You can see a doctor any time you wish,others don't have the opportunity to go to a doctor.And you get paid on top of it. I know cuz I was unemployed for 10 years 1982-1992 and classifyed as hard core unemployable.I was better off in Vietnam than I was comming home. I was 17 when I went to Vietnam and was 100 years old by the time I was 18. That being said please be thankful for what you have. I salute you for your service.You can do 6 years standing on your head,just a figure of speech.

I should be out finishing up the loose ends on the Rally. I only need to drill some holes to mount the mirrors and the wing. I an so GD excited to get this thing painted, I've instead been sketching patterns for the paint job. Oh well I got the weekend. The goal is next week to be finished!

Allow me to clarify. I LOVE THE US ARMY. My career choice fits me. However, my current place of employment down here BLOWS. I have an amazing family, great benefits, and a pretty descent paycheck- and in this economy I will never take that for granted.

So, when I complain, I guess I am more complaining because I think I have already watched every video on youtube and read every post on here... ha ha ha
 
not in your shoes so i really have no idea. This is how I do it. To me , it does not matter if I an digging a ditch-or pushing broom, whatever. I give 100% effort and do my very best. yea i know it sounds corny. It gives me peace of mind knowing down the line somewhere i have effected someones life for the better. If it were not for people like yourself joe, this country would not be worth a shi$. there are so many gunning for us. enough said.
 
Hey Joe !!! don't feel bad I am in the same place I was last Friday, Looking at your post about Friday night lol. Do you want to hear my impression of a Honda civic LMFAO. If you said no tuff poo VRROOOMM fart fart sorry about that the Honda's around here sound like they are farting
 
My days off rotate each week though and the cool part of that is next week I will actually have Friday night off... hope my wife wants to go do something- I don't care what's playing at the theatre, we're going!!!
 
The Expendable's 2 is coming soon ,that looks good . I hear you on that! the wife and I planed a date to watch Brave tomorrow. I am not much for cartoons unless I'm shooting at one with my AS50 lol. I am a gamer of sorts
 
When work is dead, I kill time by coming on the forum or playing games at Gamenode. I think I've killed every zombie there is to be killed on that site.
