mutilator 6 help??

hi all,does anyone have any ideas of how to stop the layshaft cog from coming of,i have put lock tight on the grub screws but after about 10 mins the cog just comes of again:mad:
 
try some rtv gasket sealer on the grub screw its high temp, my bro, got a carson attack buggy he had the same problem the rtv worked for him.

i have just sold 2 carson attacks and never realy had a problem.think iv sorted it i have just put a tack of weld on it lol
