Did you get the make or model confused? As BTB said, there is an Airtronics radio that fits that model number. Or perhaps you meant the 3PM-X? You can view all of Futaba's manuals online at http://www.futaba-rc.com/downloads/manuals.html

It's a Futaba MX-3S. I found one for an MX-3X, but they're not even close. Damn that Radio looks like it used to be own by George Washington when he was a kid?

Oh yeah, that's right. Sorry, it's a Sanwa Synthesizer MX-3S. But I did google for this name though, and I got no result.

Sanwa/Airtronics are the same thing, the manual that BTB linked above is the correct one.
