how you liking the Mielke for the track? i just put on the JP track pipe, and its not to bad, a very controllable pipe, even on my ESP 27.2 motor. the low isnt as good as i had hoped it would be, but it keeps it very controllable on take offs.
 
I like it but have only run my 5B SS in one race so far. The only thing I do not like is it catches HELL. I did like most with this pipe and made a much better mount but bent it all up and put a crack in it in one race day. I am going to change the design a little and try again. If this does not work I am going to get thicker material.

If I had the founds I would like to try a GBE Hornet. Sorry to say last month I only got less then 60 hours all month. Only got 11 this week so much of my projects are on hold sorry to say. They have a race this weekend but cannot make it for the obvious reasons. :no:
 
I am the good looking one second from the left. LOL Being the weather is getting hotter I did get a hair cut since and the beard will be coming off shortly as well. LOL It gets DAMN hot here in the deep south and the humidity is even worse.

I like both and both have there good and bad points. All ways enjoy joking around.

Some just do not have the skills to run nitro but I have never had a problem keeping mine running.

Most of us didn't either. It was just all that fiddling to keep it at temp when the clouds went over head.:clown:

I live in the deep south and the average summer day is 95 to 105 with a humidity of 80% or better. Some days before I every start my nitor I check the temperature and from sitting in the sun it is all ready over 100 degrees F and I have NEVER had a problem keeping my engine temperatures with in range with little or no fiddling. I all so have run quite a few days in temperatures around 40 or less with out problems. Like I said some just do not have the act for nitro.LOL
