Well,my 2 Baja's arrived today and I must say....I am impressed by both their quality and their size!Motors and pipes are still on the way as are the servos.Only things left to obtain are the batteries,good radio gear and some minor odds and ends.Of course there's a pic below.

I really want to thank Frank at pro5thscale.com.He set me up with both rigs at a great price and shipped them out really quick.He really went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met.

I found Frank superb to deal with aswell. I am glad to hear everything went well.

If you don't mind me asking how were they shipped? UPS?

Their size is somthing that's forsure, I have a feeling those nitros in the back of the picture won't be getting much use. lol

I'm not a fan of overdone gaudy paint schemes.I think MCD hit a home run with their own design and I'll likely stick with that,its simple and looks great.I may just add a simple graphic on the roof and maybe just change up the colors a bit.I have till after Christmas do decide what to do anyhow.

Everything went super smooth and I thank the guys over at pro5thscale for that.

The trucks were shipped through the postal service and not UPS.If UPS was my only shipping option,I wouldn't have bought them.I've been raped by UPS and their exorbitant brokerage fees before.UPS will turn any great deal into a really bad deal.I will never,ever buy anything out of country if its shipped UPS.:cursing::cursing: The postal service only collects the taxes and a small handling fee.

And no I won't forget about the nitros.These 1/5 scales look like they need lots of room to run and the nitros do well just about anywhere.I have a few smaller scale bashing buddies who are very active and I can't see passing up too many opportunities to beat on the smaller scale trucks.There are many a large jump at some of my bashing spots that my LST2 has taken flight from that I would never risk launching my MCD.
