Still with the stock engine, added HPI adapters for wheels and Proline Trenchers on Split Six wheels. Traxxas TQi 2.4 radio system to make it compatible with my other RC trucks and use one Tx, Hitec servos, Killer Bee Kill Switch. And OuterWears pre-filters on the intake and starter.
Without the new wheels and tires. It's so dry here now the ground is like flour, the OuterWears work great, but I need to keep the one over the starter brushed off or the engine will over temp. It will be nice when Traxxas gets more XO1 temp and voltage sensors in so I can keep track of both, especially engine temp, real time. I use them on my custom T-Maxx and Slash 4X4 SSC LCG SCT and it's great info to have in your hand while running.
