I was looking for a workstand to use one top of a bench and saw integy had a few but could not find them being sold by anyone. Must have been for a reason — probably bend over time with the weight of a 1:5 scale :ROFLMAO:

We use the mini pit bike stands from dennis kirk . All welded aluminum with tool tray and nice thick rubber top, super light too, Good for 500lbs

where is polar-bus ? I'm sure we can throw him under his own bus...Lol!!!!!!!
you got to admit that polar did a good job going through that chassis and being honest about what he found and working out the problems before hand, I take him in a heartbeat on a pitt crew !!

I’ve been looking for the Lunatik Baja 5b stand but it’s been discontinued. Can you post a photo of the Dennis Kirk one?

had a buddy smoke a fairly new OBR piston port motor lastnight cause of a china man part. He needed the weird larger intake manifold for it and the aluminum one rovan makes for the 36 and bigger fit...Well it split at mount ears and a piece of the corner flange ear got sucked in, Top end is now toast! It was one of the orange/redish look'in manifolds......OUCH

That one would be too high on a workbench. Do you know anyone selling the lunatik stand?

Can some butthurt rovan/km/clone company fan boy come along already???? Getting boring around here, need someone to spice it up ?
Check FB groups. There's still people there trying to convince other people the 30DNT/KMX2 are made in the same factory as the 5ive, despite the 5ive being made in Taiwan and the other being made in a country that doesn't even have diplomatic contact with Taiwan.

OK, listen closely, i'm NOT a Rovan/KM "fanboy". I tell it like it deserves. A $1000 HPI Baja will still have many of the same issues as the ROV's and KM's . What adds success and knowledge is just paying attention to the details, and keeping an eye on what breaks (or is ready to break). There's guys obsessed with useless "wallet bait" hop ups , and hey that's ok, it's your money not mine. I take hop-ups on a case by case basis. Having a mini mill in your basement is a big bonus ! My time is valuable, when I allocate time to play with my RC, that rig better DAM WELL RUN and DRIVE ! I've already been sent home early after about 5 min of playing when my brake caliper basically fell apart. My bad as I was concerned about the stupid plastic brake pad mount, but didn't do anything about it. Now I custom designed a better fitting aluminum mount, and the triple pad setup.
