well i started this project when i bought a basket case firehammer roller from a member on here ( thanks again ) . then i mixed in some hpi baja parts i had layin around. my goal is to make it look like a fg baja . i did order a fg baja body from ddm yesterday ( i think that cost the most )...hopefully the body will fit without any major cutting..

do yourself a favour though and turf those awful shocks in the bin, or at least put the buggy on a plastic bag when storing or you'll end up with shock oil on everything

Cool Don....I have a similar project...Smartech traveller.
I will be extending the roll cage at the front too...It looks cool as.
I'm using 12mm solid Nylon-6 rods white....But I'm attaching it to the inner side of the shock towers to keep my cropped down shell, lower.
I also put some spark plug guards.

well the body & pipe came today from ddm ( man they ship fast i ordered them wed, night ..thanks ddm ..) got everything on fits like a glove then i found the baja wheels rub the body so i stole wheel extensions off one of my bajas .. they work like a charm..
