Here are some photos of my Leopard race built - on a touring car chassis.

thats one nice build mate, are you planning on turning the engine around like the off roads so the air filter isnt sticking out of the carby?

Lots of room back there when the carb and air filter aren't in the way...

certainly is, and not as much dirt would get to it sitting up high where it is but all it would take is one roll in dusty conditions to knock that filter off and then is sanded.

The filter is well out of harms way when the shell is on and they're one of the more robust filters anyway.

we did an mt on a tc chassis. you might want to add some bracing for the chassis flex. square aluminum stock along the chassis bolted from bottom helps a lot

hasnt he got the carbon fibre rods on the chassis to stiffen already?
