Ice has the Dunerunner, which uses the exact Baja rear hubs.I think I am the only one that has the pin style adapter for the XR, but it pushes them out 1/2" on each side.

I will have plastic inserts for you to try out this weekend.
Hi Rob

Are the front and rear hubs on the DR the same size?

Rob, your adapters look good - which material did you print with? Wondering about durability.

Nylon might be fairly durable.

Worst case could use these as prototypes to get aluminum or steel versions made.

I want to try them~

I just need to go to Redcat on Monday and get an XR for final fitment. They should be really close.

The material is ABS and will be good for this spacer. Especially for on-road.

I can't make this out of metal, the sharp corners can't be made without a broach, which means I can't make it without spending alot of money.

I will send you a set on Tuesday and you can try them and torture them.

Me too for my DR !!

Given that they will be sandwiched between the hub and the wheel hex they should hold their shape well.
