After having been out of the large scale scene for a while, thought I would give a 4wd a go after having been down the Baja route previously. Found a pretty ragged and rough looking MCD EVO3 sport on ebay an offer was made and a deal struck.
So a complete strip down, loads of new fastners, both diffs rebuilt.........various new rose joints and balls, new front and rear wishbones, new anti roll bars, new lower diff cases, hinge pins and lower braces, steel gears, V4 side pods and fuel tank...........Oddified red head 26cc 4 Bolt Zenoah, 813 Wallboro, TwinAir filter and velocity stack, Mielke exhaust, Killerbee, Spectrum rx & tx, Elcon wheels and KCR step pin tyres, Tygon fuel lines and winged filter
Couple of little bits to tidy the fuel lines and wiring, had a quick shakedown run today............goes like stink and handles like a go cart !!
