I got this used and haveing some problems I have spark there is no kill switch I am getting smoke but not starting I chocked it and primed it but don’t want to keep pulling it is cold today about 20 degrees but I just finished using my blower and had 0 issues starting that in the cold please help I also set the carb back to factory setting
