Here's some pics of my XT with new Pro-line split six wheels and trencher tires(got them from the DDM Black Friday sale!). Also have the 7075rc adapters installed. I like the look a lot! ;)


Oh yes, and the jetpro, very nice pipe, great performance. :)

Thanks Dusty. I put a new thread in the XT engine section about opinions on the OBR 30.5cc prostock cuz I'm considering getting one. I know you had one and dealt with them before, would love to hear your experiences.
 
Nice!!

I went to the same tire on my XT, and started breaking diff cups every time out on the track. They are the heaviest baja tire out there, and the tallest. They TOWER over most other tires at 194mm, massive rotational force. I don't have a welder or an arbor press, so I wasn't able to sleeve/ring my cups to much sucess. I hope they work out better for you, becuase those look pretty sick with the 7075 adapaters at the wheel center. They hook up real nice on lots of surfacs. Baja owners complained about slipping on grass, but with 4 wheels putting down power I saw no issues.

Wow, you're scaring me Imminent. :( Were you breaking diff cups from jumps or landing or just straight haulin-a$$ driving? I hope they work out better too. I have yet to test them out, probably tonight but that'll be on smooth parking lot pavement.

I'm also considering an engine upgrade so I don't wanna break my drive train cuz of large wheels.

I ordered them, but didn't test them. That may solve the problem. I was jumping a lot, on a large track. I always pulled my finger completely off throttle after leaving the jump, and tried to wait for it to land and start to roll again before gunning it. I ran the stock tires at the same track and didn't break cups.

That being said, I never broke one in the field. Then again, i was running stock carb, stock exhuast, on the stock motor so not a lot of power being put down like you with your OBR. I had quite a bit of bogging, and had trouble getting it up into the higher RPM for the motor with such large roll out. They were awesome in the field. My thread in the vid section here has some 'backyard bashes' and the trenchers were awesome.

@Imminent...I don't have an OBR engine.....at least not yet;). I'm still running the stock HY engine. I want an OBR though. I just returned from testing the new wheels/tires. I really like the feel. I'm getting great traction on pavement and short grass/dirt.

Looks great with the decals removed and the wheels on it, oh yeah, I cant forget the pipe too!!!! :D
 
The the trenchers look great. IMO the best looking tire for the trucks. Those 7075 adapters look really cool.
