ok, silly found what the damn problem has been probably the whole time. i have installed on my truck, the Snappy RC fuel system that came with 3 different lines. 2 of them were hard lines and the 3rd one was softer than the others. i used the softer one (cuz i liked the color) for my filter line and the other 2 accordingly. i've had in the back of my mind the whole time that this has been a fuel delivery issue. so i take off the softer intake line with the filter in it and tried blowing into it and nothing happened. The line was so soft that it was pinching it inside the grommet cutting the fuel totally off. switched the fuel line and BIIIIINGO!!!!!! had some nice full throttle run in and no gad damn bogging!! thank gosh!!!
 
Man I hate it when it's a simple thing that is overlooked and cost a day or a few hours of sorting .Good to hear that all is rite with it.
