Need help bolt size

So long story short I barrowed my bro tuned exhaust n the second day seen it was loose he said its tight enough well before know it exhaust went rolling now I don't know the bolt size anyone know what's the size of them 3x?? 4x?? 5x??

5x16 on the XT w/lock washer and flat washer.
