need help: gas tank leak

I noticed a leak in my fuel line and gas tank.. how do you seal it?

I don't fill mine up to the top. I leave about an inch under the grommet.

I never have.

Venting the tank may help some also.

The tiny vent in the fuel cap doesn't cut it.
