Need help with mesh plate!

So I installed a vertigo clutch carrier and housing and a modified rc diff mount and there’s a gap with a mesh plate did i do something wrong all bolts on engine and diff mounts are tight I’m I supposed to make a spacer?

Can you show specific pics? The top plate isn't a mesh plate it's a diff brace. What gears are you using. And where's the gap?

The gap is right above the clutch housing

Yea thats normal, I just threw a washer under each hole. Not much you can do about it.

I think vertigo didn't factor in the added height of the center diff tower and left it at v1 height, the 2.0 tower went taller about the size of that gap to accommodate the 62t spur. There's not much you can do honestly without a cnc so just throw 2 washers under it and call it a day.
