I was wondering if anybody could tell me there opinions or experience with Hobbythek over in Germany and if there any good as far as dealing with them in the states. I'm tossing around the idea of ordering from them but just don't know if there any good. Also would anybody have a rough idea on what shipping might run if I was to order a car through them to get it over to the states, I imagine its going to be pricey but just trying to figure everything out.

I have only good thinks , to say about Hobbythek.
But DDM is a good ( better ? ) choice for you .(USA )

Hobbythek are excellent.
Their database is extremely comprehensive and I use it as a reference for comparison with Ebay items and current, etc.
Hobbythek are competitive with pricing, and should there be the slightest problem, they mail, and even telephone you immediately.
Courier charge is very fair, stock appears unlimited and turnaround from ordering, especially considering the diversity of some of my orders from them, is quite simply superb - NO I'm not a shareholder!!
DDM I've found to be similar, despite their geographic location relative to mine.
Big thumbs up all of the way from me.

I would try giving DDM a call with the model number of the model you want. They can order it in or ship it directly to you from FG. May be able to save some money. Just a thought.

Thank you sir for the link, and yeah, gotta have a on road. I will give DDM a call and see if they can help, I did talk to Bob over at Largescale RC and he said he would see if he could find one also. Just trying to throw a bunch of irons in the fire and see which way works the best and is most reasonable.
