No to sure how deep in the pocket you want to go but the FG sportsline is the BOMB!!!!!! very nice I have had just too much fun with that car but you have to pay for it. I have also had fun with the clone on road also its a cool ride alot cheaper.
 
Or maybe a little of both like a Rally car. Some nice ones are coming to market.
 
They are nice and well built. Better than what most were expecting. I think the 23cc is a bit small but it's not too bad with a tuned pipe. I threw one of my 30.5 HY Redcat pull outs in mine. It goes good being a 28lb vehicle.
 
Ok, so upgrade motor and add pipe. I guess I should go for the losi 5T and just add a pipe.
 
The 5ive only has a 26cc and is almost 40lbs. Again it goes ok with a pipe but is no speed monster. Most upgrade the motor in the 5ive. It is only a 2 bolt CY and is prone to blowing head gaskets. The 5ive is very durable probably the toughest truck out of the box on the market.
 
I'm not trying to push one over the other. I'd get what ever intrigues you.

No matter what you get its hard to just leave it stock. ;)
 
Ok I really like the Xl, can you recommend motor and which pipe to go with? As usual I know I'm being a PITA
 
I run the Bartolone and it makes nice power. They also now have a silenced version. Jetpro makes a silenced pipe, but I haven't seen any reviews on it yet.

I think the Gizmo full mod RCMK offers the most for the price. I am also a fan of the OBR motors. I own both and have had no issues with either.
 
I can't wait to try a 5-R WRC :D

We should see some awesome new Cats being released also!

If your talking about the losi rally it looks really nice but 2 G's. Idk if i can bring myself to spend that much @ one time on a rc. Yeah in the end it's up there with hop ups but a initial 2k purchase I'm not sure. Maybe if there was another body choice other then a mini I'd consider it lol.

I thought it was a bit steep too, compared to the 5ive. I hope it will be offered without the radio for a little less.
