Finally!

Mailman brought me a present! I ordered these in the beginning of January.

They were worth the wait. They are amazing. I also had to order two sets to be able to run all fronts on the XB. No prob, as I will save the wider rears for another project. :D

Here are the rears. I did not mount the Bowties on them

Yes, with 24mm hex Baja wheel adapters. I'm thinking of trying them out on my MT

You can use the Baja rear wheel hex.

I will have adapters in a few weeks.

Those wheel nuts take a 29mm socket. Weird.
Nice wheels... They look great on your XB.. Where did you get them from..

29mm socket.. that is weird... The new wheel nuts for my new wheels are a 22.5 mm socket... So now my two 1/5 scales and my 1/8 scale use the same socket...

I need to go get a new socket.

I had to use a crescent wrench and plastic bag to to tighten them. Lol
You should get one of those strap wrenches... That would have done it..

Those are only $16 cheaper than mine... But mine came with the all terrain tires and foams... Still good price.... :D

Yeah, great price I thought. I found them on other sites for $200 a piece or $800 a set.

I'm sure there are some Baja enthusiasts with deep pockets that would pay that!

They look great. How much do they weigh?
I did not weigh them before I mounted. I am always a little excited to install new parts if you know what I mean.

I went out and weighed one of the wider rears. It weighed in at 450grams or about 16oz. This is with the aluminum bead locks installed (no tires)

Thanks guys.

I am a fan of heavier wheels when I take it out to bash. IMO having a little more weight at the bottom helps her land on all fours.

I took her out last weekend, jumped her quite a few times & landed on all four every time.
