Theres a plastic disc with an offset hole in it.It has two holes for mounting it to the carb and a rubber 'O' ring I thought you might get this with it?
Check out fleebay ,it'll have stock filters on there and you'll only pay buttons for them! Or DDM,FG Modelsport etc ,etc.

Well I have been on like 2 other forums and you guys on here have been the most informative. I am getting my FG Baja 4X4 next week...and the first things to order are the TGN redneck prefilter, Outerwears prefilter. I was wondering if I should be ordering the "Foam" or the "Stock" Outerwears prefilter. Also wondering what other parts I should order to cover up to save from wear and tear and where its the cheapest. Thnx guys!!!!!

I like the stock Outerwears prefilter. The foam one is easier to get
on tho, you could get shock cover too.

Right know my plan is to do the 4wd kit unless i find a fg sportline for a good price. What diff upgrades are needed to handle more power. I see there's alloy diff cover is that just for looks or do i need the complete diff i plan on buying everything from DDM. I also need the alloy gear plate and engine mount, is there anything else im missing i plan on grabbing some of this stuff for fathers day before i get the 4wd kit in July so i can put it all together at the same time.

nice FG's u got there, fully agree with getting rid of the K&N filters for offroad use, cant go past stock. threshold would be the pick of the bunch but hard to find.

i don't like outlaws as I find it pinches the fg foam and dirt can get around the filter. I used to run outlaws for a long time and stopped when I noticed this happeneing on my FG baja.

FG make a outer filter, this doesn't pinch like the outlaw ones, ive used them before whith excellent results.

yes be careful, i sanded a G290 because of the TGN, it pinches the inner foam and cases a gap on the two endges. the Fg outer filter does not do this. at the very least rub grease on the inner filler, either end where it seals up against the air filter housing.

Installed a hitec 5755 servo, so much better on the steering. I got half way threw a tank today till i herd some grinding when i launch the buggy. The screws backed out of the plastic engine mounts. It might be time for the alloy ones
