Looks nice but to be honest I see fuel powered vehicles and a lot of wood ... I hope you've plans to ensure your hobby investments are safe.

I'm safe guys, never gonna start the gas powered rigs inside, I store the gas in the shop not the basement and I do have a fire extinguisher. Thanks guys!

Glad to hear it.
Nice space, and should be secure.
In UK we're continually hearing stories of theft - from bash sites and from outside sheds, so a basement should have 'the investment' well protected.
