New losi 5ive T owner needs help!

So I just purchased the truck and I got say what a blast it is!!!!! Did the break in as they recommended. Everything so far is great. Let me add that this truck is bone stock besides the billet servo brace and the killer bee safety thing? Now the issue I need help with, so went out today with some buddies and ran our trucks. First 20 minutes ran fine then out of nowhere under full throttle the car would almost like die then come back on. It would do it every 30 seconds or so. I was thinking it could be the battery in the car needed to be charged but I have no idea as I am sorta new to this large scale stuff. Never had a gasoline engine rc. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Vent the tank.Sounds like an air leak.

Might just be the carb settings.
Might be the plug.
Should be a simple fix.

Thanks for the info. Question, is it normal for carb settings to change? I noticed they have a spring to hold them in place. If in fact they do change thanks that's good to know so I can keep an eye out.

there is a tiny hole in the cap of the gas cap. that must remain open. very easy to get clogged with dirt and mud. carry a needle probe with you to unclog from time to time

Sounds like a tuning issue to me. Check the Manuel to reset it tofactory

what does your plug look like? white gray or black? dry or wet?
