The twin is cheaper and sounds so so much nicer :lol:
 
thats been done for some months now i am working on putting t in a fg monster rite its on the fg monster forum take a look n if u go to orb s site they sell a kit that comes wit everything that u need to put into a 5b-5t n i thinks a 57cc if im nt mistaken but there is a 61 cc motor out there that i am trying to hunt down to put in the fg
 
It's nothing but bloody madness, largescale stated (1/6 at least) with the marder and most cars to date, come with a 23 or 26cc engine which if you look at most things on youtube is more power than most can handle anyway.

I would not have one of these engines as a gift - unless I could sell it and buy 2 proper engines from oddified or hobbycenter.

A good tuned engine isn't all about max out speed or torque neither is a big fat pipe thats louder than a loads of moto x bikes, all an engine like that will do is make you crash quicker and harder and eventually kill itself. A proper tuned engine and pipe are about being smooth and delivering enough power for the job in hand in the right place at the right time.

Reed valve engines work ok with good power but they've less mpg than a normal engine.

the question was which was cheaper and i found the twin cheaper than the bzm, now if you want to compare a single cylinder bzm to a twin cylinder bzm (do they even have a twin?) then the single bzm would be cheaper than a twin bzm i still however wouldnt put either of them in my particular hpi baja seeing as i cannot keep stock parts from failing as it is ;)

1,649 USD for the obr 50.8cc twin (see above link) which comes out to 1002.81 GBP so the twin is cheaper ;). although i wouldnt put EITHER in my lemon (er baja):lol::lol::lol::lol:

The 1350.00 GBP quoted inc uk tax at 20% which is approx 270 take that of if the engine is to be exported which would make the engine 1080 GBP or approx 1725 USD.
