New MT will not start

My NT will not start at all. I’m getting spark and fuel in the carb bubble but it will not start. Needles are set to factory, not sure what I’m doing wrong. Any advice would be appreciated.

Check the fuel lines are on the right way.
Return on the top
Supply on the bottom.
If they're Ok try a new plug NGK CMR7H
