After waiting for 3 weeks it finally made it here. $120.00 with shipping from the U.K.
I like it, but it doesn't match the stickers I put on the wing :(

Mel..that is a class act for a body....looks very nice...great improvement...
Have fun....slawhammer

It doesn't look like a roller skate anymore!

I loved the packing material in the box, it was all kinds of plastic shopping bags, old dirty Kleenex, and some dirty used sandwich bags! YUCK!! She paid 75 bucks for the shipping and that's how they packed it, what a scumbag!

Never buy from Arrow Models, because the pack orders with dirty, used Kleenex!

That body looks very sleek. The old body was kind of boxy. Good score even if it was filled with dirty kleenex (shudder)... did ya spray the Lysol in the box before pulling it out?

 Nope forgot about doing that, but I did get it out of the house and into the burn pit as quickly as I could. I don't like having packaging from other countries in my house. Especially from Asia and other dirt countries!

I just mic'd this body it's .085"/2.159mm and it's made of a clear plastic. I don't know if it's Lexan. The stock body is made of some cheap white plastic similar to the ABS Tamiya uses, but more brittle. It's .035"/.889mm For a comparison, my FG is .050"/1.27mm thick.

I already scraped it up in the little wipeout and it didn't crack, so it's already better than the factory shell!

LMAO no poop haha... some things strike me as funny. I just had the garage door open and was asked what is so funny? I was a little worried the cuda I got was going to be crap material but it's flexible

The detail is incredible. I have done some vac forming (my first mold was a 1/18 cuda made from a die cast and shortened) and getting some of the depth like the grill they have a serious vac former with a secondary pump for suction for sure. I'll take a couple pics of the ends and put in my thread so you see what I mean...

sorry to take over the thread with my psycho babble. I am Irish too ;)

The more I look at the pic of the red one, the more it looks like a roller skate haha

if I had an offroad, I would be looking at those fibreglass bodies of sickboy's. damned good price.

How are those tires holding up? Tread pattern always looked good to me

With the way Meli drives, they will last until the end of time. But they're holding up a lot better than I thought. They don't work all that great in the dirt/grass, but are lasting on the pavement pretty well. I think they need foams in them, because they are wearing on the outsides of the tires and not in the middle. Pretty much like a real car tire when it's low on air or almost flat.

They feel like a hard carpet tire from my old on road days..

If you look closely, they look like little sad clown faces!
