Hi Guy's,

Just received my new Zenoah G320RC full mod from OBR today.Didn't realize my billet intake off my stock 32cc wouldn't fit.Does anyone have a suggestion fora new one? Also, will the velocity stack of my 668 work/fit the 990?It also looks like my Vertigo vented clutch housing is gonna be different as well.Looks like I better start sucking up to Mamma..AGAIN!!

Congrat on your engine!

This is the billet manifold you need.

Your velocity stack will fit with no problem.

Your vertigo clutch housing will not fit.

You got a great engine according to reviews. :)

Thanks for the reply!I just found that intake as well! And the clutch housing...gonna really have to butter the wife up.Getting anxious to hear and see the difference between this and the stocker.

Can you comment on the improvement of the g320 FM vs the stock 32cc?

I ask because the stock 32cc on my MT runs pretty strong and haven't heard of a comparison yet.

bet that engine kicks ass!! i have done quite a bit of swapping carbs- shapes & sizes of velocity stacks. modding the butterfly valves in the carbs also, increasing the notch on these carbs has the same effect as changing the cutaway on the slide on a dirt bike carb. its effect is a leaner mixture at lower- mid rpm-s. no effect wide open. yes, it requires readjustment of the fuel screws. For me-- the velocity stacks made improvement in wfo only. everywhere else the engines did not seem to run as well. tricky tuning. my best guess is because when i mounted these velocity stacks-- the shape going into the carbs built in velocity stack was no longer uniform, 2 difffrent tapers. -- but thats just my humble opinion. --- gitzmotors does have larger carbs with modded intake tapers for sale, claims his taper mod consentrates the air flow down the center of the carb bore, not flowing air aganst the walls of the carbs bore. less turbulance. never tried one of his modded carbs-- yet. i have had better results not using a velocity stack, runs better- stronger everywhere but total wide open throttle-- but thats just my observation.

these engines will run well on most any fuel. here is another can o worms opened-- on dirt bikes- these engines-- i run a mix of non ethanol pump gas and c12. why? even if the engine does not require high octane-- adding a mix of c-12 allows you to build power. why? because of the btu-s of heat it produces and its after burn is cooler, allowing me to adjust jetting to bring the expansion chamber up to a higher temp and still run cooler than with normal car gas. c-12 has been around for 26 + years, its the industry standard amoung builders.

The comparison is like going from a 23cc to a 32cc. It's night and day different
Are you sure about that? I'm talking only about performance, not reliability. I have a friend with a losi 5ive running a stock g320 with a tuned pipe and its very similar with my 32cc dunerunner

Just noticed the "fm" part, sorry, I thought you were talking about the stock g320

Read the question on comparison again!! A OBR G32 full mod will smoke a bone stock g32 hands down.

I hear the stock 32 are rather strong.. I would like to get my hands on one or a 36 that Rob use to sell. I was wondering if you missed the FM on that post lol.

Yes, I was actually very impressed with the stock 32cc, I wasn't expecting it to be this powerful. I was planning for an engine upgrade even before buying the car but after adding the Jetpro I was really impressed with the stocker and I decided to keep it until it fails on me.

Same here. I wasn't expecting it to run this well and strong.

With a jetpro and Baja filter it rips pretty good. Will wait on upgrade for sure.
