This is the new MAX version that they are now using for racing. The silver bottle stuff is now what they are calling their budget synthetic! Here's what they say:-

At Last! We now have the first delivery of the long awaited and much tested (and talked about) Racing Venom MAX - A FULLY SYNTHETIC High Performance Racing Two Stroke Oil.
This is our first new oil for many years, and so we took our time testing it before releasing it into the UK market.
Racing Venom MAX has a name to nod a reference to the original Racing Venom - the first ever two stroke oil to be developed and sold specifically for the model engine market - but this one is very different!
As the name suggests - this oil can release the MAXimum performance from your racing engine, but at the same time giving a very high level of cooling and protection.
We have tested this oil in several engines over the last few months from standard Zenoah G230RC,G260RC,G240RC,G270RC and CY 26, CY27 and CY29 engines of various types, right through to the highest race tuned engines from the top UK race engine tuners including engines from Oddified and StEvo Tuning - and they all run exceptionally well on this new oil.
The oil gives a clean burn, and leaves a clean engine as well as releasing those vital few extra rpm the racing driver demands.
Racing Venom Max has been well worth the wait, and should be with us at the front line of racing for many years to come.
The original castor based Racing Venom that is so popular with so many UK drivers will remain in our range and will continue to be available in the future. This will please those that are "hooked" on this superb smelling English Classic, who appreciate its extra protection and its all round performance.
Racing Venom Complex Competition - our first fully synthetic racing oil will also remain available for some time, as although it is now our "budget" synthetic oil, it still has a very advanced (and complex) Estor based formula that still remains ahead of most of the competition.
TECHNICAL STUFF. Racing Venom MAX is a pre-mix fully synthetic racing two stroke oil that virtually eliminates plug fouling, port blocking and ring stick, whilst increasing engine performance with lower trace deposits and extended engine life.
BASIC STUFF. For you (and us) it can lower lap times and protect your engine investment to the MAX.
Recommended ratio for 23-29cc engines is 150ml of oil to 5 litres of unleaded fuel (33:1 Ratio)

Im probably due a re-ring so was going to change over then but might stick to the gold stuff cos I know it works for me! don't know - I will decide at the time I think!
