Yours is a 2 bolt. His is definitely a 4 bolt.

As far as I understand it, no performance gain, just better reliability.

The 4 bolts let amatures go farther off tune than a 2 bolt.

They also allow more even tensioning of the head so less blown gaskets

yea that a 2 bolt I just opened a box this morning on mt it was 2 bolt.

Just got a email from James at Redcat Racing about my 4 bolt motor here is his response.

looks like at some point the factory started shipping 4 bolt heads with all rampages.*It looks like you received*an improved engine out of sequence by accident, but that eventually we will be moving to 4 bolts this year.*
