Cheers, the wheels are from Hormann and the tyres are the new version of what comes on the car as standard - but better, or at least they feel like they'll work very well. I was sent a few sets to try out.

99% was cans, just the shading around the flames was airbrush.

I was too busy checking out the suspension - NICE !!

Almost a shame to get it dirty !!

all the flames and logos were done by using a vinyl cutter, the window masks were done by hand.

The best painter of body shells is a guy called Kev, if you've ever bought a painted body from ross mods or king cobra then Kev will have painted it.
He had a stroke in december 2010 when he lost most of his speech and the use of his right hand side.
I've been trying for ages to get him out of the house to a race meeting or something. To get him in the shed to instruct me how to do the masks and paint the body (the one with the orange/yellow flames) was a massive thing, very stressfull for Kev because he couldn't do much and stressfull for me because I wanted it to be right and as good as he would have done.

I'm going to buy a couple more shells just to get him out in his shed again, maybe it'll help him.

Ive seen the shells in rossmods & they are spot on :cool2: Well done to you for doing your bit to help him get out and get some confidence back

yes Kev is one of the best painters.......and used to charge only £50

a shell in as many colours you wanted
