I have searched the site and googled it, but I have not found a clear answer.

I'm splitt between Samba and JetPro. But what Samba or JetPro I don't know.

I would like some low end power and maybe some greater top speed.

What tuned pipe would you recommend of those makes? And what model?

Thanks a lot :):)

Good choices.
Another one, which I use as well, is the Dave's Discount Motors (DDM) high end Dominator - loud, LOUDS of high end power, with plenty low down - win across the board.
As stated, it is LOUD, so think carefully before you buy.
Many buy silenced pipes - they say there's no real loss, but it calms the noise a bit. If you're in a built-up area, may need to consider this.

ive had the dom top end pipe and jetpro v2 with silencer, my pick is the jetpro, heard allot of good things about the samba as well.

jetpro has the lifetime warranty which is antoher plus.

main thing I disliked about the dom was the noise, its crazy loud, good if you live on a farm or something but if u got neighbours be careful

hi mate i run using a victory rc pipe if you look on pitstopshop-nl they have one for the monster they claim to give a stock 26cc 5.4bhp i love my victory and tell everybody who comes on here whos after a pipe the same its the best single mod iv done to my car its not killer loud and a perfect fit unlike others it only comes in raw race finish but look at some of my pics in my album its started changing colour now going bluey where its got hot highly recomended

Thanks for all the info. I still think I will go with either Samba or JetPro.
But I don't know which samba or jetpro.
With jetPro I see that there is V1 and V2, silenced and not silenced.
About Samba I know nothing....:):)

what ever one you chose id get silenced one of my mates had a unsilenced he said it was brain dead loud and hurt just standing next to it

Samba mate, come in black, race or chrome and there not to loud, there a proper race pipe......

Update your location mate so we can help you locate a pipe.

I live in Norway, so where ever I can make an order and they ship to Norway is fine by me :)

I had a Samba pipe on my FG Beetle some years ago, I remember I was very pleased with it, so yes maybe a Samba will do it this time also.

But I hear great things about JetPro as well ;)

the only thing i didnt like about my old jetpro is it a single piece the sambas like my victory pipe come two piece with separate manifold which makes engine removeal much easier plus if it does get bashed it wont shear the manifold bolts or strip there threads like my jetpro did to mine

you know that mate now with the victory pipe i leave manifold on much easier plus over time the threads on you head using the jetpro will need tapping due to them stripping out

I bought the DDM FD130 pipe and even after switching to the 18/46 gears, in midrange the front wheels will easily come off the ground. It doesn't do it all the time but there is definitely a power increase. I love it.

ljw2k, with the 44/20 you can still wheelie? Stock motor? After I went 18/46 it stopped with the wheelies until I go the DDM pipe, not after doing the 16T layshaft it won't wheelie at all...just hella fast now.

When I e-mailed DDM, they said the Torque pipe had no more torque than the Top End pipe, but that the Top had more power further up - best of all worlds.
The Top End DDM Dominator is FANTASTIC!!
Drop THEM a mail and hear them out.

Your right that is what they have said. Its all a look thing for now. The high end looks and performs to be the better pipe in MO.
