So I stopped using nitro for a while and I'm trying to start up my engine and can't get it to start and keep running. It will start up then bogg down. If I pump the tank twice it will start for longer but then bogg down again. Please help I'm kinda new still. Here's a video [ame]http://youtu.be/rEQgUgtAbNc[/ame]

That it's igniting indicates that there's life left in the plug.
I would check the carb settings - check what it recommended by the manufacturer - normally too rich - for break in and safety from overheating.
Also, check your idle gap. This is slightly different for each engine, but with the filter off - NOT ignited - and the throttle at rest, the throttle's typically about 1mm out from closed.

With the settings confirmed as close to recommended, I would increase the idle speed a little, just to see if it settles.

+1 Up the idle screw should do the trick

Check your fuel line for pinholes. Also open the idle valve slightly. Sometimes old fuel will give this action also. Make sure the fuel is good and the glow plug is heating propperly. Hope this helps. Good luck.
