Nice! Wish I could have been there to see it!

In the video it looks like at least one of the dunerunners was keeping up pretty well.. how did mrclass actually do?

During the heat races he was 5th and 6th and I'm fairly certain he was the same in the final. Unfortunately they had a major computer problems on the last day due to the heat so they lost the results for the 4x4 final.

He did pretty good for the first time ever racing and just having gotten the Dune Runner.

Good to see others racing their Dune Runner. I run at my local track against two Losi 5ives and one or two Bajas and usually hold my own.Regards,

You should post up some video of those races! I'm sure a lot of us would be itching to see that!

Dune runner has nothing to be ashamed of. it holds it's own against the 5-t's . Not as big and bulky but lighter right ? No centre diff ... Little harder to control but that's what makes a good driver ! A lot of those guys that i was racing had some hopped up motors, on a track like that, I did not feel I had a disadvantage. maybe I was a little slow on the straight away ( more so , the fallowing weekend after when I had to put factory exhaust back on ) but when the melicke pipe was on I was keeping up ! Even when it fell off i was keeping up ! Got the hpi fast exhaust coming ( just cleared customs ! ) , and a whole lot of stuff coming from rc pit stop ! Pic's soon ! ! The dune runner is a serious contender ! The other guy running d/r was in third till his truck broke ! Belt drive running 1:1 and a little experience driving .. I think next year those 4th and 5th finishes, might jump up a couple spot's !
