That is bad to the bone!!! All I have is a Venom creeper that I am in the middle of modifying. next rc project for me is a complete scratch built crawler. They might be a bit slow but it sure is fun to see what they are capable of.

Thanks guys for the input, But I am sry to say that I am not to happy with the RC4WD company had a lot of problems with them. like parts on there site saying they are in stock and I order them and I get a Email saying they are on back order. I ask for a in stock time frame or a refund and they tell me to just wait. There are a lot of other things that were not right that they have done as well. If anyone is thinking about getting one of there products and would like to get some info on it let me know save yourself some time and money. I have bought both of there 2.4 radios the 3ch for dig and the 4wheel steering one to. Just a heads up to you all :)

Have you tried CKRC hobbies. Great guys and if something is not in stock they contact you and let you know when to expect it or offer a refund if you cant wait. Just about have my venom done. don't want to dump too much into it as I would like to build a super crawler from scratch.

What do you think of the R2 trans in your ride? thats what it is right? with the dig?(edit) guess if I was paying attention above I would have my answer:).

The R2 trans with Dig is nice but think I like 4wheel steering better if it were only legal to run in comps. I have a extra R2 trans with out Dig if anyone is interested. One bad point about the R2 trans with the dig is I had to cut the rear drive shaft with my chop saw. It was about a inch to long, also had to grind the Dig control linkage because it hit the driveshaft. After all that it works very good.

Next time buy from TeamGonads. They are the RC4WD distributor.
+1

Ive seen enough horror stories of people dealing with RC4wd directly. Some of their stuff is great while some of it isnt to say the lest.
