New version of gear set?

I notice this part # 50075 Transmission Gear Shaft Set is different from the stock one. Is this a new design to replace the stock gear set? Scroll down on link to see what part # I'm talking about.

How are they different? Those are just regular gear hubs.

that is the upgrade for the older V1/V2. It is now stock on all models. It has the steel brake hub instead of aluminum brake hub.

I striped my set screw on the hub that is holding the pinon gear to the crown gear. The only way is to replace that hub along with the set screw that is striped or try to take out the set screw. My question is, is this part # correct for fixing my problem?

Yes. That's what you need. You could force a Torx bit into the screw's head and try to back it out that way.
