Hi long time no post from myself :( I am currently getting my FG leopard back up and running after it's taken a fair few hard knocks  and would like a change of wheels and can only seem to find stock FG wheels about, Mine at the minute are the green disc and will not go with my new body colour plus I fancied a change so was wondering if anyone can suggest a few places cos I am a bit useless :o

Was also wondering what pipe to get with the new 26cc head I am going to fit want something not stupidly loud but would like a bit more poke :D

id recomend a jetpro if you want something quiet or a VRC if you don't care and want all range power. ive got a jetpro and its very good, lacks a little down low but mid and top are awesome.

as for wheels youve got a couple of options, if you want to continue running the squares try TB2 wheels or for a much wider variety get yourself some wheel wizards wheel adaptors and then you can run any of the HPI style wheels, thats what I did for my FG Baja and love them.

Cool thanks for the info, I don't mind lacking low down power hard enough to get it going in a straight line anyway changing the gearing too when I get all my bits through the post going for 20-44t should bring it under control with a new pipe and head :D

I quite like the FG baja wheels. Might try some on the marder. I reckon the tyres would be more forgiving round corners on grass rather than digging in like the spikes I have now. How do you rate them Sohan?

Lol the digging in of the spiked tyres I remember to at least try and use a bit of brake before I make a turn now after a awesome somersault into a bush which ended my day out once :D

grip wise i haven't come accross a better tyre than the stock FG Baja ones, had awesome grip on any surface. i don't like how there's bugger all sidewall as I used to jump mine quite a bit and this would make the suspension work harder than it had to but for flat track work i highly recomend them.

just don't overtighten the nut when installing the wheels as they have a tendancy to damage the plastic.

I think I will try them & see how I get on
