Though I'd post a couple pictures of My Dune Runner here on New Years Eve.

The Dune Runner. It's either Mad Maxx or Goth.

To the right, something that makes this RPV (Remote Piloted Vehicle) much easier to use. A drill motor. Back in the 1930's there were people who insisted hand cranks were better then the Bendix starter. I'm sure you all noticed a empty hole where the handle for a recoil starter would be. Cold starts without using the choke. Nice...

Something showing the SIZE of a Dune Runner, with my foot (size 11 1/2) and best friend giving the scale.

Would of had a video today, but, forgot to hit the RECORD on the smartphone. Plus, I busted the steering hitting the "large immovable object". A chunk of cement behind a bush that I didn't see.

poop!

RCDAD has my order for replacement parts.

Hmmm I see a Dune Runner with a gopro and a leash ...... Its going to be a good newyear full of POV BDSM and RC hahahaha. Hope everybody has a safe and happy newyear

Nice DuneRunner! Got a question, what is your GoPro mounted to on the body to keep it stabilized? I have mine mounted on the flat blue square above the roll cage which is a bit dangerous I realize.

I used the display mount from the box, and Velcro. To reduce the amount of movement I drilled 2 holes in the rear corners and tie wrap to the cage.

Off topic.

The GoPro plastic display case is just the right size to clean the DT1 filter after using FAB1 Air Filter Oil. I use DT Super Seal Filter Cleaner with FAB1. I try not to use very much, it's an additional expense. And, unless you use straight gas, which I haven't tried, I don't think you can clean a filter with anything else after using FAB1. But when it is really dirty FAB1 works. Otherwise I use FFT.
