to understand what settings do to a car, I always recommend downloading the xray xb8 manual. in the back it has the most comprehensive setup guide I have ever seen. it has charts that show what changes to make and how they affect the car's performance...
I have raced for years and learned so much valuable information from that manual. rcdocuments.com has the manual available (thanks team eddy for keeping that site going... I upload stuff there all the time too if he doesn't have it)
