The "King of Kings" in your Baja? Part of the equation is to get the power to the ground........2wd........that must be like the new Flux BL....flipping over backwards at 45mph....... :D ........sounds good!!!

I've got the race ported 30.5 with the JP in my Rampage Mt ,put 2 hard tanks through it this weekend, on the street and in the snow. It took it well, no breakage. :)

yeah make you holler all right " DAMN I BROKE MY DIFF CUP! OR Where do the dogbone pin go"

I think that much power in a Rampage is asking for Wallet Trouble

My buddy used to run an ESP ported 30.5. I'm pretty sure it's that same engine. It had all the xfer ports matched, intake port resurfaced, exhaust port enlarged, ect. He busted SS dogbones multiple times and eventually upgraded to Meatybones with TR heavy duty outdrives to fix that problem. Then the diffs started going on him. IMO, that engine has too much torque for the application. It wasn't even that fast, just had poop loads of torque.

Its a Stroker motor and they usually do suffer less topend, but this perticular motor, pipe dependant, and tuneing ability dependant is at least as fast as a stock zen 260. but the pipe makes a HUGE differance. Which also may of contributed to the additional failures.

when going this a power monster like the ESP 30.5 you need to realize you may need to beef up the dt for its ability use.

if you want top speed, this isnt the Best choice, his ESP 260/270 full mod motors are a better choice due to the stock 28mm stroker crank.
